Ingredients:
2-3 pieces chicken breasts
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 cup yoghurt
4 small onions
5 green chillies
2 tbs coriander seeds
2 tbs cumin seeds
1 tsp mustard seeds
21/2 tbs coconut oil
3 cinnamon sticks
11/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp heeng
1 1/2 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
2 cups coconut milk
Salt
Water
Marinate :saltred chillsTurmericYogurtBlend in mixer5 small green chillies,
4 small onions
water(little bit)Roast - Grind in mixer2 cumin
2 coriander seedsHeat coconut oil. 2-3 cinnamon
1.4 cumin seeds
1 hing
1.5 garlic paste
1 ginger paste.
Saute till the mixture turns brown. Now add the onion and green chilli paste.
Cook for a while
Then add cumin and coriander powder (3 tsp).
Saute and add the marinated chicken,
add (1 cup) coconut milk
allow to cook for a while...
Finally add (1 cup) coconut milk & coriander.
